How the estimates work

Borrowing power

Based on your income, less your existing commitments, and assessed against YEN LOANS’ lending criteria. Loans run from ¥15M to ¥525M, over terms of up to 35 years.

Loan against a property

Up to 65% of an independent valuation. The cap is 50% for second homes, short-term rentals and loans over ¥250M.

Rate

1-month TIBOR + 3.50%, reset monthly. A premium applies to loans over ¥150M and during an interest-only period.

All figures are indicative and are not an offer of finance. Whether we lend, and how much, is subject to credit assessment, valuation and final approval.
